Introduction
Within ECS we offer a range of services which support all aspects of sustainable development on projects. We believe what sets Focus apart from our competitors is our wider understanding of building design and an appreciation of project constraints such as budget, programme and quality which we deliver to our commissions.
All ECS staff are qualified construction professionals with practical experience of delivering projects, we feel this brings added value to our appointments and helps our staff provide considered solutions to meet specific client requirements.

Approved Document Part L1/Part L2 SAP and SBEM services, Dynamic Thermal Modelling, Energy Performance Certificates, Display Energy Certificates, Air Leakage Testing and Approved Document Part E Acoustic Testing
Low Carbon Consultancy
Low Carbon/Energy Design Advice for Newbuild and Existing buildings, Energy/Sustainability Statements, Energy Audits, Renewable Technology Advice and Funding, Life Cycle Assessment.
Environmental Assessment Methods
Environmental Assessment Methods including BREEAM, EcoHomes and Code for Sustainable Homes and associated supported services.
