Focus has an excellent track record in the health sector providing a range of services, including project management, building surveying, quantity surveying, employer’s agent and CDM co-ordination. We have undertaken significant commissions including the refurbishment, alteration and extension to the Priory Hospital, Birmingham and construction and consultancy services on a range of projects at Thornbury Hospital Sheffield, for General Healthcare. This involved the construction of a new two storey building within the hospital grounds to house the MRI and CT Scanner. Focus were also appointed to deliver the Wheatbridge Health Village which was created to meet the growing demand for top-quality medical services in General Practice. The £7.5 million, 1.5 acre development serves over 15,000 patients who now benefit from the wide range of NHS services available in an environment which is patient friendly, light and spacious. Our clients also include NHS Primary Care Trusts, NHS Foundation Trusts, general practice surgeries and medical cetnres and independent and private hospitals.
