Focus secured funding from the Waterways Development Fund for the company to undertake a high profile visioning exercise on the future of the significant and historic waterways of the Borough. The project captured the imagination of local partners and the people of the town, and led to major national media coverage. Through the Boston Area Regeneration Company Focus are now implementing the findings of the Waterways Strategy.
