Focus oversee the regeneration of the deprived St. Georges area of inner city Leicester, creating here the new City Cultural Quarter. Focus developed the area regeneration strategy, and assembled the funding for major innovative projects of regional significance including the £61 million Curve regional theatre project, the £21.5 million Digital Media Centre, the £4.75 million Leicester Depot managed workspace, and a range of business support and community engagement programmes.
