Focus helped develop the project concept, secured significant grant aid and managed the development phase on behalf of the client.

The project involves the re-development of two riverside sites: Whittons Mill and the Riverside Garage Site. The development provides a mixture of residential units for sale and for rent for the frail and elderly, extensive communal and retail facilities, and a number of live/work loft style units.

The Project was the catalyst for the redevelopment of this former riverside warehousing and industrial area which has now become a thriving residential and retail centre.

The scheme was official opened by HRH The Duke of Wessex.
