In North East Derbyshire the Westthorpe Innovation Centre offers managed office and workshop units to SMEs with the potential to grow - with a preference for those engaged in innovation. The Centre provides teams of professional support staff to help them develop sound business plans and develop their management skills in parallel with their entrepreneurial abilities. Focus secured grant assistance of £2,254,000 towards the project cost.
