Focus prepared the Business Plan for Voice, the leading regional organisation to help the black and ethnic minority voluntary and community sector play a meaningful role in the development of the East Midlands. Voice will achieve this through objectives that aim to:

• Unlock funding for the sector
• Build capacity in organisations across the East Midlands
• Promote the interest of their client groups
• Help with effective communication strategies

The adoption of the Business Plan led to Voice securing Single Programme support from the East Midlands Development Agency.
