Focus have worked with Tuntum Housing Association on their major repairs programmes over the last 5 years providing market research, survey, building surveying, quantity surveying, tender and monitoring services.

Focus worked with Tuntum to establish formal partnering contracts for a number of their purchase and repair, and major repairs contracts, utilising local contractors who have worked closely with Tuntum for a number of years.

These partnering contracts are in their third year successfully delivery of over 35 properties to Tuntum's high quality, cost and programme requirements.
