Focus worked with Time Out to help shape the future activity of the organisations, which provides respite care for elder African Caribbean people in Nottingham. This involved holding visioning sessions with the Board and staff to explore the past and possible future avenues, a needs analysis with existing and potential clients, and a Business Plan to provide a sound basis for future operatives and funding applications.
