Focus were appointed by General Healthcare to provide Cost Consultancy and Employers Agent Services on the internal re-development of the private hospital set in a sensitive historic landscape.

The works involved the construction of an additional Operating Theatre and alterations to X-Ray, Mammography and the creation of an Endoscapy Unit. All works were carried out in a fully occupied and functional hospital involving complex planning arrangements.

Focus were also retained as Quantity Surveyors as on the construction of an MRI and CT Scanner Centre in the hospital grounds.

Following successful completion of these works, Focus have been retained to provide Cost Consultancy Services for a re-organisation of the Sterile Services Department.
