SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure)
Approved document Part L1 requires the production of a CO2 emission calculation by an approved method for all new dwellings. Focus has produced SAP calculations for over nine years, a service which has developed and grown over this period. We are able to offer the following services:
- One off SAP 2001/2005 Calculations - Design and As Built
- Volume SAP 2001/2005 Calculations - Design and As Built
- U Value Calculations
Increasingly we are offering design advice for dwellings, working closely with clients as Licensed EcoHomes Assessors and Code Assessors to achieve the necessary rating.
