Focus provided Building and Quantity Surveying services for the demolition of an existing single story police station on an restricted site which was previously used as a petrol filling station and the construction of a new purpose built two story station with flexibility for future expansion. The works were split into separate demolition and new build projects and managed over a 12 month period. The total value of the works was £700,000 and works were completed in June 2005.
