Focus acted as Project Managers for the development of a brown-field site to provide 30 new Shared Ownership houses in two phases. The scheme posed many complex development issues, being sited in a high risk flood area and located adjacent to Hussey Tower, a Scheduled Ancient Monument. Additionally, the former use of the site as a meant land remediation was required. Other services provided by Focus for this development include: Employer’s Agent, Planning Supervisor and EcoHomes Assessor.
