Focus provided a combined Project Management and Employers Agent Service for the redevelopment of this former Grade II listed workhouse to provide 36 market rent flats in the Town Centre of Chesterfield. The scheme incorporates two new build wings and the extensive refurbishment of the workhouse to provide a high quality residential development. Works undertaken include specialist slate roofing repairs, reconstruction and recladding of the bell tower, and extensive timber infestation and damp eradication.
