RICHARD ASTON

Director - Construction & Property Services

Richard is the Director responsible for the Focus Construction and Property Services team overseeing Quantity Surveying and related services to both public and private sector clients.

In addition to his Quantity Surveying qualifications Richard has successfully completed an Advanced Diploma in the Cost Management of Building Engineering Services, which enhances the quality of services Focus can offer in projects with significant engineering content.

Richard undertakes the lead role on many significant Focus projects, inlcuding the Victoria and Albert Museum of Childhood in Bethnal Green, the Park Clinic and All Saints Community Centre
