Focus provided project management services to a private pension company for the refurbishment of the former health spa into high quality fully serviced office accommodation.

The property is listed and situated in a conservation area. Focus were involved in extensive negotiations with the local Planning Authority to ensure all alterations to the property were carried out in a sensitive manner.

The works included specialist repair of the slate roof and glazed roof lights, external masonry repairs and full internal refurbishment, including new conference facilities, reception, sanitary accommodation, staff kitchens, full ICT infrastructures and new services throughout.
