The Royal Albert Memorial Museum in Exeter is a £15.5m refurbishment, extension and re-interpretation project led by Exeter City Council. The project has recently been awarded HLF Stage 1 approval for a grant of £8,452,000 and development funding of £538,000.
The aim of the project is to develop the RAMM as a dynamic 21st century regional museum, which interprets the past, enriches the present and responds to the future.
Focus are appointed as Project Managers for the development of the Stage 2 proposals and then the implementation of the project.
