Focus provided Cost Advice and Quantity Surveying services in relation to the expansion of the existing Hospital on a newly purchased adjacent site.

Works were in two phases, the first of which involved the conversion of a Grade II Listed former private school into a Consultancy Suite and Administrative accommodation.

The next phase involved the installation of site infrastructure, roads and car parks to link the two sites, including construction in special materials to respect the sensitive flora and fauna in the historically significant landscape.
