Focus provided Project Management, Employer's Agent and Planning Supervisor services for this final phase of sheltered Bungalow accommodation. The Bungalows were designed and constructed to achieve high standards of thermal insulation and low cost, in use for elderly people on limited incomes, with all having level access, and two specifically constructed to full disabled standards. Facilities include a bowling green, fountain and ornate landscape gardens.
