Focus were commissioned to undertake a detailed review of the unique £7.6 million Disabled and Able Bodied Sports Institute Arena. This involved the production of the Sports Development Plan, cost reconciliation, and fundraiser and leisure management operator procurements, followed by the submission of funding applications to Sport England Lottery Funding and the East Midlands Development Agency.
