Focus are retained by Leicester City Council for a £100 million project to develop and implement a Creative Industries Quarter in the disadvantaged St Georges area of the City with the support of the Arts Council, the European Union and other grant programmes.

In this capacity the company undertakes partnership, strategy and project development, programme management, partnership liaison, funding advocacy and community consultation.

The £48m Performing Arts Centre designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects is amongst the projects being developed, with funding from ACE, ERDF and the East Midlands Development Agency.
