Martin is a Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive team management skills, accustomed to acting as project manager and contract administrator on projects in all market sectors. He is specifically qualified in the Health and Safety environment and is responsible for developing the company's Planning Supervisor services, including the establishment of formal quality control systems.

Martin has extensive experience in technical and management roles within the construction industry, and is particularly familiar with complex refurbishment projects, including listed buildings.

Martin is the lead consultant for the refurbishment programmes of Nottinghamshire Constabulary, Tuntum and Leicester Housing Associations.
