Focus were retained by the Victoria and Albert Museum to undertake an Option Appraisal, Feasibility Study, Business Plan and Heritage Lottery Fund Stage 1 submission for the Bethnal Green Museum of Childhood. The initial work undertaken by Focus secured £2 million to enable the first phase of the works to start in April 2002. Focus subsequently developed a Heritage Lottery Fund Stage 1 bid for £3.75m, which was approved in July 2003, and a Stage 2 bid, which was approved in December 2004. Focus are retained as Project Managers for the implementation of the initiative.

Focus were retained to provide Project Management and Quantity Surveying Services in the implementation phase of this Project, which is due to complete in October 2006.
