Focus was retained by Lincoln City Council to assist in the creation and development of the successful £17 million Strategic Development Opportunity Action Plan to create a new Cultural Quarter in Lincoln. The SDO included proposals for the £3 million City and County Museum Investigate project, for which Focus prepared the ERDF bid, as well as a new Managed Workspace for Cultural Industries and a range of proposed environmental improvements. Focus are the retained Project Managers for the City and County Museum Project.
