Focus worked in partnership with the Lincoln Business Improvement Group to develop a business plan for the Lincoln BID, together with an easy summary for distribution to the business community. Following a successful vote, the Lincoln BID was awarded a grant of £222,500 by the East Midlands Development Agency, as being the first of its kind in the region.
