Focus were the project managers and funding advisors on the redevelopment works to the centre campus of Killamarsh Town. This involved securing £2,000,000 from Sport England for the refurbishment and redevelopment of the Town Sports Centre - at that time the largest sporting lottery award in the East Midlands, together with the creation of the "Tardis", a training and information centre. Focus also undertook a Countryside Healthcheck in the town, developed a regeneration strategy and undertook feasibility studies into further projects.
