Focus were the retained project managers on the sensitive development of a woodland site to provide 28 No two bedroom bungalows for the elderly. The development incorporated a Sustainable Urban Drainage system, timber framed construction and the retention of as many woodland features as possible. The £1,200,000 scheme was completed in 2002.
