Focus carried out a major research study into ICT use by SMEs within the East Midlands on behalf of EMNET, and sponsored by emda. The study involved the collection of new primary data through a questionnaire survey of over 4,000 SMEs. The results of the survey were used to shape the delivery of ICT support projects across the region using European Union funding.
