Focus was commissioned to undertake a business consultation and needs assessment in respect of managed workspace and industrial units on the Saint Johns Business Estate in Downham Market. The project was to provide quality physical infrastructure for local businesses, and create new jobs. Additionally, the managed workspace project will provide support for new business start-ups and established businesses in the form of business support services, encouraging and supporting the development of local entrepreneurs.
