Focus were project managers and planning supervisors on this major regeneration scheme close to the city centre with a total project cost of approximately £4 million. This mixed-use development incorporates office, conferencing, and housing uses, and is co-financed by £750,000 of Single Regeneration Budget monies, together with CAPS grant aid, HAG and private finance. The project was formally opened by HRH the Prince of Wales.
