DBIC is a high profile managed business development to attract innovative start-up and growing companies. Focus provided the concept development, business planning and funding consultancy services leading to the production of a detailed Implementation Plan and ultimately attracting significant European Union and Yorkshire Forward grant towards the total projects costs of £2.8 million. Focus also provided the project management, employer's agent, and planning supervisor roles on behalf of Barnsley and Doncaster TEC.
