Focus assisted North East Derbyshire District Council with project development and the assembly of a complete capital funding package for the Phase 2 extension to this highly successful workspace. Focus prepared capital funding applications for European and Single Programme funds and in addition secured revenue support for the first two years. To do this, Focus developed the Project Concept, undertook Business Planning and Capital Feasibility Work.
