Focus provided Project Management, Employers Agent and Planning Supervisor services on this private hospital providing specialist care for people with challenging behaviour.

The scheme provides 13 apartments with 36 bed spaces fully equipped gymnasium, training workshops and kitchens, multi sensory room, external running track, extensive gardens and independent office accommodation for support staff.

The design of the Scheme is based around a traditional Lincolnshire stockyard theme and is an exemplar project for demonstrating what can be achieved by working in partnership with the local planning authority and local contractors committed to the quality objectives of the Client.
