BOSTON SRB YOUTH INCLUSION PROGRAMME

Under the partnering agreement Focus was commissioned by Boston Borough Council to produce an end of programme evaluation report for its SRB6 Youth Inclusion Programme. The aim of the evaluation was to assess what had been achieved during the lifetime of the SRB6 programme, to identify areas that could have been improved and to look beyond SRB funding.

The evaluation involved a desktop review of existing financial and project output information including documents such as the original bid submission, annual delivery plans, quarterly grant claims and project appraisals. This was supported by a series of meetings with SRB project managers for 20% of the projects within the Programme.
