Focus are the official partners of Boston Borough Council, providing a wide range of consultancy services, supplementing the Council's own in-house teams, and bringing a range of economic development, funding and regeneration experience to the delivery of exciting proposals for the future. The first phase of this partnership was the development of a Boston wide Masterplan, providing a framework for the economic development of the Borough.
