Focus served a funding package from the Single Regeneration Budgets and the European Regional Development Fund to refurbish and redevelop Bolsover Castle and transform it into the leading tourism project of English Heritage. Following the assembly of the funding package Focus were retained as the project managers to deliver the scheme.
