Focus were engaged by a Southern California based Pharmaceuticals Company to manage and oversee the re-location of its UK research operation from existing premises in Sheffield to a vacant unit in Rotherham.

Focus provided a complete service including space planning of the new facility, cost consultancy, negotiation of a Design and Build Contract administration and quality control in relation to thE Contract and a Planning Supervisor role.

Focus also provided M&E input on a sub-contract basis to provide the Client with a single point of responsibility for the project.
